Summary

Construction of a steel truss bridge over King Georges Road, Wiley Park, to provide safe access for students to the two adjacent schools.

Scope of Work

Arenco was responsible for the construction of the new pedestrian bridge.

The works consisted of the pedestrian bridge, ramps, balustrading, anti-throw screens, lighting and minor landscaping.

Significant Achievements

Works were completed under live traffic conditions and the installation of the steel bridge span was undertaken at night reducing traffic impact.
